Wei-hao Huang is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Political Science at National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung. He received his PhD from the Division of Global Affairs at the Rutgers University, Newark. His research interests focus on China’s foreign relations and activity, mostly about Confucius Institutes and partnerships agreements.
