Authorised Examiners


With regard to the question of examination entitlement, a distinction must be made between courses of study and types of examination. In principle, the group of entitled examiners is defined in the respective examination regulations.

For examinations, the topics are always set by the examiners themselves. The fact that, as a rule, the thematic framework is defined in advance with the candidates does not mean that students are free to choose their topics or that each examiner would have to examine each topic.

Authorised Examiners in the Bachelor's Programme

In principle, all professors of the institute are authorized to hold examinations. In addition, it is possible to be checked by scientific staff of the institute on request. In addition, it is recommended to write the bachelor thesis with a person with whom you have already attended one or more courses.

Authorised Examiners in the Master's Programme

In principle, all professors of the institute are authorized to hold examinations. In addition, it is possible on request to be checked by scientific employees of the institute with a suitable qualification. In addition, it is recommended to write the master's thesis with a person with whom you have already attended one or more courses.
