Who is eligible?
Eligible are women and men aged 20 to 40 years who can and want to participate in a regular endurance training.
As a participant, you should…
…be physically active for less than 150 minutes/week at moderate to vigorous levels
…currently exercise for less than 60 minutes/week in your free time (including sport activities, fitness, and strength training)
…not have regularly exercised over the past 6 months
…have a BMI between 18,5–30,0kg/m2
…not have had any serious internistic or neurological illnesses in the past (assessed by our physician)
…not currently have/or had an eating disorder or adiposity
…not be pregnant or breastfeeding
…be a German native speaker
