Hsu Che-Wei is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Law, National Taiwan University. He obtained his LL.M. degree at the Department of Law, Soochow University, Taiwan, and his LL.B. degree at the Department of Law, National Taiwan University. The title of his master thesis is "The Application of the Margin of Appreciation Concept in the Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights (in Chinese)." His current research interests include constitutional law, administrative law and European and international human rights law.
