Reserve a group study room
In the Ammerbau, students of the University of Tübingen have access to more than 20 group study rooms for learning and working together. The rooms can be reserved online with limited time allotments.
Rules
- max. 2 hours per day
- max. 2 reservation per week
- max. 2 days per week
Reservation
Login with central university ID (for students and employees of the university).
Please log out of the system after the booking process by closing the browser.
No room key required
You do not need a room key, the door to bookable rooms is usually open. Simply go to the group study room at the reserved time. If the room is occupied, show your group study room reservation.
If you have any difficulties, please contact the information desk in the Ammerbau.
Cancellation
If you do not need a reserved room, you can cancel the room again under the menu item "meine Buchungen".
Cleanliness
Please leave the rooms tidy, do not leave books lying around and dispose of your trash in the trash separators. Please report to our staff if you find a room dirty, we will then contact the person who booked the room before you.
