Katrin Scharfenkamp (born 1983) has worked as a research associate at the chair of Human Resource Management and Organization at the University of Tübingen since May 2013. From December 2008 to March 2013 she worked as a research associate and doctoral student at the Institute for Organisational Economics (hold by Prof. Dr. Alexander Dilger) at the University of Münster. Beforehand, she studied Business Administration and Economics at the Ruhr-University Bochum. Her research interests are in the fields of HRM, Corporate Governance, Human Capital, Behavioural Economics and Sports Economics.
