PES & SEM measurements for industry and academia

The group is responsible for the Photoelectron Spectrscopy (PES: XPS, UPS) equipment of the VG and we support PES measurements of groups of the University of Tübingen. Furthermore, we offer Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and PES measurements for acadamic and industrial institutions.
