Biography
Hsin-Hsuan Lin is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Law, Chinese Culture University and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the School of Management, National Defense University. Her research interests include Constitutional law, digital human rights, International law, and Internet regulation in mainland China. She is currently a commissioner of the 16th Executive Yuan Human Rights Protection Promotion Committee, a commissioner of the Human Rights Working Committee of the Ministry of Education, and a commissioner of the Human Rights Working Group of the Environmental Protection Agency. Dr. Lin holds a S.J.D. from the University of Virginia, and a B.A. and M.A. from National Taiwan University.
