Recent report of the research magazine attempto! about contributions of the IAAT to CTA and eROSITA

The reseach magazine attempto! of the University of Tübingen reports in its current issue 48/2018 on the activities and contributions of the Institute for Astronomy and Astrophysics Tübingen (IAAT) in the context of the research projects CTA and eROSITA. The ground-based observatory for gamma-ray astronomy CTA (Cherenkov Telescope Array) as well as the satellite-based X-ray instrument eROSITA (extended Roentgen Survey with an Imaging Telescope Array) are amongst the core projects of the institute in which the section high energy astrophysics of the IAAT is involved with hardware contributions. Both eROSITA and CTA are large research projects which are conducted in big national and international collaborations.
