The ERCCT celebrated its 10th Taiwan Documentary Film Festival on June 26/27 with a number of intriguing documentaries by Shen Ko-Shang, who attended the festival as invited guest director this year, by Yang Li-Chou ("Bridge Over Troubled Waters") and by Chen Yu-Ching ("Civil Disobedience").
The films presented by Shen Ko-shang were "The Pigeon Game" 賽鴿風雲, "Baseball Boys" 野球孩子, "Fading" 小城, and "A Rolling Stone" 築巢人.
During the discussion director Shen answered a lot of questions by the audience sharing a number of interesting thoughts on documentary film making and how it helps him to understand Taiwan and its people.
We are gratefull to have had him here and look forward to seeing more of his work in the future.
