Inclusion und Diversity

The section “Inclusion and Diversity” addresses the processes of inequality in schools and society and investigates their (structure-building) components. The research projects within the workspace apply to the theoretical and empirical analysis of various forms of classification-based differentiation of people through and within social systems, especially the educational system. A main focus is on the analysis of differentiation procedures related to Inclusion/Exclusion, on the organizational (school) as well as the interactional (classroom) level of the educational system.
