TüNaPro – Tübingen Program for the Promotion of Young Academics
Brief Description | The Tübingen Doctoral Program supports doctoral theses in subject didactics and educational science, as well as qualification theses in the field of teacher education and school research in the broader sense. The program is integrative in its design and orients its offers to various subjects, disciplines, methodological profiles and subject areas. The support programs (in the form of seminars, lecture series, counselling sessions, award procedures, financial support etc.) focus predominantly on transversal topics (basic orientation knowledge on teacher education and professional theory, scientific theory, methodology, and methods of empirical social research) and are clearly oriented to the respective needs of the participating academics in qualification phases. By utilizing outstanding research funding structures and experiences of the university that already exist (e.g. through the cooperation with the graduate school and the research network LEAD), valuable synergies arise. |
