Compliance stands for adherence to the law, regulatory standards, internal university regulations and ethical guidelines and values.

The Compliance department aims to support employees in complying with the increasingly complex regulations in force and to promote legally compliant conduct at the university, for example by providing advice, information and guidance.

Uwe Stephan is the male contact person for questions relating to sexual harassment in accordance with § 4a para. 1 LHG (Landeshochschulgesetz).
