Commitments Research Staff Unit

The Commitments Research unit is active in the preparation, organisation and moderation of Commitment Talks in the area of research. The Commitment Talks for research present an opportunity for detailed discussions between the President’s Office and the departments (or other units being evaluated) on the department’s central research aspects. This structured approach and the standardized framework of the talks smooth the path to agreement on joint strategies and the necessary steps to carry them out.
