CIN Dialogues - the leading Idea

More and more human behavior is being successfully traced back to neuronal processes. This presents the social sciences and humanities, in which such issues were previously raised, with major challenges, but provides a one-off opportunity for interdisciplinary research as well.

With the “CIN Dialogues at the Interface of the Neurosciences and the Arts and Humanities”, the Werner Reichardt Centre for Integrative Neurosciences and the Forum Scientiarum are taking an important step in this direction. The interdisciplinary nature of this program leads to the discovery of unexpected possibilities that allow old questions to be posed anew and answers found.

At the University of Tübingen, internationally renowned neurosciences come together with the traditionally strong humanities. Therefore, there can be no better place for interdisciplinary dialogue and teamwork.

The CIN Dialogues strive to make discussions between the neurosciences, social sciences and humanities beyond the purely academic area visible and available to the public.
