Sheng-Ping Guo is a fourth year PhD student and Research Fellow in Emmanuel College, University of Toronto, and the Ricci Doctoral Research Fellow 2017 in Ricci Institute, University of San Francisco. He studies global Christianity with a focus on the regions of Asia, North America, and Europe. He is interested in how the indigenous Chinese Christianity has spread to world. Through various case studies including the Bread of Life Christian Church (靈糧堂), he works on some interdisciplinary historical issues of the global Christianity in ideas, cultures, societies, communities, and in-between exchanges. He attended more than ten international conferences to present his new findings and published nine academic papers in the field of Christianity in China, world Christianity, and inter-religious and civilizations dialogue.
