Céline Gressel

Society, Culture and Technological Change

Céline Gressel is a sociologist of technology. She studied sociology, psychology and education in Tübingen. She has been working at the IZEW since 2011. In the projects HIVE-Lab and ESTER, she investigates social and ethical aspects, the use of virtual and augmented realities for a healthy life, as well as the question of the conditions for a successful integration of these aspects in technology development projects.

Margister work: "Distributed investigation in the field of tension between knowledge and uncertainty. A technical sociological analysis of interactions and interactivities in clinical endoscopy of the digestive tract". (Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Jörg Strübing, graded: very good).

 

Master's degree in sociology (main discipline), educational science and psychology at the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen.
