We would like to point out that Corona/Covid-19-related restrictions of the university sports program, such as the 2-G proof requirement for participants (fully vaccinated - fully recovered), admission and participation bans for non-vaccinated persons or testing obligations, etc., do not constitute a claim for free cancellation and/or refund of course or participant fees already paid. Rather, the applicable conditions of participation of the university sports apply.

This means that there is no entitlement to a refund of participant fees for university sports offerings (sports courses, excursions and workshops) if personal participation in the university sports program should not be possible, e.g. due to restrictions of the university sports program as a result of the current Corona/Covid-19 infection situation.
