Restrictions on group room booking times until the end of April

Since the University Library is currently transitioning to a new booking and access control system, there will still be restrictions on room booking times until the end of April (currently only on weekdays until 6:00 p.m.).
Starting at the end of April, the rooms will once again be bookable for university members during the University Library’s entire opening hours.
Once the new access control system is installed, you will no longer need to pick up keys at the desk. You will then be able to open the rooms simply by entering the PIN code from the confirmation email.
