Dr. Mingjing Zhu

Mingjing Zhu is a postdoctoral researcher at the Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology. She is part of the scientific monitoring of the Hector Children Academies, which offer programs to promote giftedness and talent development of elementary school children in Baden-Württemberg. Her research interests include talent development, motivation, teacher and family influence, and educational effectiveness.
