Dr. Ricarda Rübben has held the professorship for professorial research with special consideration of subject didactics at the Institute of Educational Science / Department of School Pedagogy at the University of Tübingen since April 1, 2025.  
Her research interests lie primarily in the area of teacher professionalism and teacher education, scientific and professional field orientation in teacher education and medical training, university teachers/teacher educators and school pedagogy as a discipline.  
Ms. Rübben teaches both in the educational science degree program for the teaching professions and in the Master's degree program in School Research and School Development.
