The aim of the project is to complete the „Language Atlas of Northern Baden-Württemberg“ as well as the „Digital Language Atlas“ and to digitalize the entire Arno-Ruoff-Archive. The process of digitalization is accompanied by balancing workshops. At the same time, the language archive is supposed to be used for teaching. It will also be a source for further cultural utilization and evaluation. Apart from making a rich and important collection of data available, the project also opens up a productive way of dealing with dialect research in the context of cultural science.  [more]
