Student Advising and Study Abroad
Student advising: The range of services that falls within the purview of student advising includes general information and advice, as well as providing answers to specific questions on the course of studies, choice of a specialty within the field, and the acquistion of extracurricular skills and qualifications. In addition, questions regarding formal and organizational matters sich as applications to study at the university, transfer to or from another university, and arrangments concerning examinations can be answered, and the recognition of credits from other institutions can be taken care of during the academic advising office hours.
Study abroad: Student advising services on study abroad include information, advice and assistance concerning any questions related to study abroad, contact information for LUI's academic exchange partners (Erasmus/Socrates programs) and coordination of the exchange of student experiences with study abroad.
