A collaborative project together with the Department of Education & Health Research focuses on health promotion for employees with a migrant background in small and medium-sized companies. Furthermore, a research project pursues questions on the national and ethnic identity of top athletes with a migration background are examined. The research projects take a critical perspective. Among other things, the question is asked as to what expressiveness can actually be attributed to the factor of migration background with regard to attitudes and behavior.
