01.06.2018 - On 1 June Dr. Georgios Nalbantis was invited by IMH Cyprus and the Cyprus Football Association to give a speech about the relevance of competitive balance for clubs and leagues. During the conference (2nd Football Conference - The Business of Football) Dr. Nalbantis had the opportunity to present the latest research findings of the department as well as to talk about potential managerial implications. Among the speakers were important stakeholders of the football industry in Cyprus and Greece such as Charis Loizides (vice president of the Cypriot Football Association) and Minas Lysandrou (vice president and CEO of AEK FC).
