Presentations at the EIBA Annual Conference in Athens
[Translate to English:]
A few months ago, Professor Markus Pudelko was elected as the new National Representative for Germany of the European International Business Academy (EIBA) for an initial term of three years. In this role, he represents all German international business researchers within the European professional association organized by the EIBA. His position also makes him a member of the EIBA Executive Board. In December, Prof. Pudelko attended his first Executive Board meeting in Athens, where, among other things, the venues for the 2027 and 2028 annual conferences were determined.
Immediately following the Executive Board meeting, the starting signal was given for the EIBA Annual Conference 2025. Prof. Pudelko contributed three presentations (the maximum number allowed) to this conference. One presentation was on ‘Exclusion Experiences of Migrants in Germany’, another on ‘Organizational Justice in Sino-German Work Relationships’ and the last on ‘Experiences of and Reactions to Status Opposition’. Co-authors include Dr. Cristina Popescu, postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of International Business, Prof. Helene Tenzer, former postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of International Business and now professor at LMU, and Prof. Jörg Büechl, former doctoral student at the Chair of International Business and now professor at Reutlingen University.
