2018, July 8 – 13: Co-organization of the events around the Sanskrit theatre Kūṭiyāṭṭam during the 17th World Sanskrit Conference in Vancouver, Canada (travel funded by DAAD):

  • 8.7.2018: Public Workshop at the Indian Summer Festival “Speaking Eyes and Hands: The Performance Techniques of Kūṭiyāṭṭam, Sanskrit Theatre from South India”

January 2018: Invitation in the "Erudite Program" as "Scholar in Residence" by the government of Kerala to interact for 10 days with graduate and post graduate students at Kerala Kalamandalam, deemed university of art and culture, a major center for learning and studying Indian performing arts (flyer of the programme).

2016, August 18 – September 9:  Together with David Shulman (Hebrew University, Jerusalem) and the Kūṭiyāṭṭam-School Nepathya organiser of an international workshop in Kerala, India with a spe-cial focus on Malayalam texts like the Rāmāyaṇaprabandham in Kūṭiyāṭṭam (financed by the German-Israeli-Foundation for Scientific Research and Development).

2015, July 22: Main organiser of the one-day workshop with the Kūṭiyāṭṭam group Nepathya from Kerala “Kūṭiyāṭṭam – playing together: A South Indian Theatre Tradition” at the University of Tübingen (financed by the Indian Consulate in Munich).
        
2015, January 9 – 11: Together with David Shulman (Hebrew University, Jerusalem) main organiser of the international conference “Mantrāṅkam and Aṅgulīyāṅkam – Masterpieces of Kūṭiyāṭṭam” in Trichur, India (financed by the German-Israeli-Foundation for Scientific Research and Development).
