I am currently working on the DFG project "Processing spatial configurations in visual working memory" to understand the storage and processing of several objects in short-term memory. We work with 2D and 3D (VR) environments to understand different dependencies between objects. My dissertation ties in with our previous findings and has a focus on accompanying processes, especially eye movements. Furthermore, I am an associated scientist of the Realistic Depictions Lab at the Leibniz-Institut für Wissensmedien (IWM) within the scope of my work.
Besides, I do research on antisocial behavior (especially school shootings) and media (especially video game research) and their integration and influence in everyday life. Besides, I teach psychological diagnostics, clinical neuropsychology, media psychology and forensic (psychiatry).
