The new Baden-Württemberg state law governing higher education (LHG) foresees the category of Tenure Track Professorship under § 51b. It is therefore possible for those who are in corresponding W1 positions to call themselves tenure track professors and to be described as such. This job advertisement is for such a tenure track professorship. In the area of W1 positions, and therefore also for tenure track professors, allowances may be paid on top of basic salary.
