Project: Modelling evolutionary dynamics of phage and bacterial populations in soil

This project uses computational models to investigate the evolutionary dynamics of bacteria and bacteriophages in soil, focusing on how movement, spatial structure, and resource availability within a water-filled soil matrix shape their interactions.
