2018 – 2020: M.Sc. in Geosciences at the Eberhard-Karls University of Tübingen, Germany
Master Thesis: Rhinocerotidae (Mammalia, Perissodactyla) from the Late Miocene of Staniantsi (Bulgaria)
2013 – 2018: B.Sc. in Geology and Geoenvironment at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece
Bachelor Thesis: Taxonomic identification of the Turolian Fauna of Kerassia (Euboea, Greece)
My main interest is the study of Miocene to Pleistocene mammals from Eurasia. My current projects concern the study of the latest Miocene locality of Staniantsi (Bulgaria) and the Turolian fauna of Kerassia (Euboea, Greece). My main focus lies in the Perissodactyla, including rhinos, chalicotheres and equids. The topic of my PhD is the taxonomic and ecological re-evaluation of the European representatives of the rhino genus Chilotherium.
