Occupational safety - what for?
Our world is constantly changing, as is our world of work. The demands on us is increasing, as are the demands on health and safety at work, the place where we spend a significant part of our day.
The workplace, be it in the laboratory, in the office, in the workshop or in the greenhouses must be designed to be safe and humane place to work. This means that both the workplace and the working conditions have to be adapted to people and not vice versa.
The world of work is constantly changing. The demands on employees are increasing, as are the demands on modern health and safety at work. The aim is that we come home from work in good health and that our fellow human beings are not affected by our work. In order for us to succeed, we all have to be involved in health and safety at ZMBP: the management level, the department heads and each individual employee.
My job is to support all of the above-mentioned people in the detection and elimination of dangers, but also to identify health-threatening factors and to ensure that occupational safety is guaranteed.
