As a certified intercultural trainer, Eun Young Park gives seminars and trainings for leaders and employees in German as well as Korean companies, institutes, and universities. Her main area of interest is to research differences in business culture and people management between German and Korean companies and to foster proper leadership and cooperation skills in multicultural work environment.
She studied BA in Western History at the Seoul National University and received a MA degree in "European Studies" in the Graduate Institute of International & Area Studies at Seoul National University. She worked for Korean Culture & Arts Council in Seoul as a program manager for international exchange programs. After moving to Germany, she worked for Korea Trade and Investment Promotion Agency in Berlin and Frankfurt, at the same time, she earned an MBA degree from HHL (Handelshochschule Leipzig). From 2009 to 2018, she was the deputy general manager and the head of planning & project team of the European Headquarter of a Korean Automotive Company. Since 2018, she is working as an intercultural project manager for cooperation projects between Korean and German companies.
