The monthly prices cover a period of 30 nights starting on the day of arrival. For every additional night regular room prices apply.
For bookings from 15 nights and 24 nights we offer graduated prices. Please note that requests are possible only by e-mail.
Payment can be made in cash, by EC or credit card or by bank transfer.
The prices include 7% VAT.
Breakfast is not included in the room rates, but can be booked directly with the guesthouse staff for 10,50 € / day from Monday to Friday. Costs for the breakfast are charged separately and can be paid in cash, by bank or credit card.
On weekends, the breakfast service is offered only in special cases and by arrangement. We are happy to give recommendations where you can have breakfast nearby or in the city.
Please note that if you need to cancel your reservation we require 14 days notice prior to your date of arrival (4 weeks for group reservations for 4 and more rooms). For any cancellation within 14 days (4 weeks) of the date of arrival and in case of a now-show or early departure a cancellation fee of 30 € per day and person for guests of the university and 38 € per day and person for external guests, up to a maximum of 300 € resp. 380 € per person is charged.

Room furnishing
The rooms are simply but functionally furnished and have a TV as well as free internet access via LAN cable and WLAN. Towels are changed as required, and in case of longer stays, fresh bed linens are provided weekly. Most of the rooms have a balcony or a terrace.
The rooms in the extension building have separate shower-baths. The rooms in the main building are considerably larger and have a shower-bath attached to the room. Some rooms do not have in-room toilets, however there are private toilets in the hall for these rooms.
There is a small tea kitchen on each floor that can be used for preparing snacks, tea, or coffee. There is also a possibility to buy cold drinks.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the cellar of building No. 1 which can be used for an extra charge. Please ask the guesthouse staff if you would like to use the washing machine or the dryer.
Our guesthouse is a non-smoking building. Smoking in the guestrooms is strictly forbidden. Please be aware that any violation of this policy will result in a mandatory room-cleaning charge of 150 €.
A smoking area is available to our guests. It is located in front of the Entrance Hall.
Unfortunately, bringing pets is not allowed.
A key safe is available for use at the guesthouse, allowing guests a round-the-clock check-in option. Please inquire about the access code in a timely fashion before your arrival!
