The residence halls are located in the North of Tuebingen. The institutes on the Morgenstelle, the University hospital premises on the Schnarrenberg and the town center can easily be reached by bus.

Here you live in fully furnished one, two or three-room apartments with a private bathroom (bath tub or shower) and a functionally equipped kitchen. Each apartment has a terrace and a little compartment in the cellar. The apartments are bright and friendly and feature modern furnishing. The local recreation area "Schönbuch" is directly in front of the door.

A free internet connection via Ethernet cable (to be brought by the tenant) as well as a TV connection are available. Unfortunately there is no wireless LAN. Bed linen can be rented for 20 €, towels and dishtowels have to be brought by the tenant. The laundry can be washed in the coin-operated washing machines installed in the basement. It is not allowed to bring animals.

A caretaker service for maintenance and small repairs is available. Furthermore, you can find a private parking area in front of the houses.

A small shopping mall with a supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and post agency is just around the corner. You can also find schools and kindergartens in close proximity.

Rents

Depending on the size of the apartment the rent is as follows:

Electricity costs depending on consumption as well as a broadcasting fee amounting to 18,36 Euro per month have to be paid separately. Heating, water, garbage disposal as well as the legendary "Swabian Sweeping Week" (stairwell cleaning) are included in the rent. Surcharges are levied in case of short rental periods up to three months or additional persons living in an apartment.

The apartments can be rented from one month to a maximum period of 12 months.
