Prof. Dr. Regina Ammicht Quinn is speaker of the International Center for Ethics in the Sciences and Humanities (IZEW). The IZEW is a central, faculty spanning scientific institution at the University of Tübingen.

Wolfgang Spohn

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Spohn has been appointed as Senior Professor at the University of Tübingen starting January 1, 2019. Wolfgang Spohn's areas of competence are epistemiology and philosophy of science, with a special focus on logic. With his work on the deduction of causality from statistically distributed data and on the development of models to describe uncertainties, he has strong links to the scientific questions that are being investigated within the Cluster of Excellence.
