Researcher Development

The University of Tübingen promotes researchers of all career stages with a range of services that are tailored to their needs. The central goals of researcher development are to support the academic staff in their core tasks in research, teaching and academic self-administration and to help them in their professional development by creating transparency for career planning processes and by supporting the development of both transferable skills and skills in their particular fields. The key components of researcher development are support for junior researchers, the qualification programs offered by the Graduate Academy, internationalization, as well as the promotion of diversity, compatibility of academic qualification and family and equal opportunities

The Graduate Academy of the University of Tübingen is the central structure for researcher development (Division II.1 Researcher Development).
