Mobile vaccination service in front of the Neue Aula
Circular to all employees and students
Dear students and colleagues,
the Red Cross and University Hospitals mobile vaccination unit will be carrying out vaccinations in front of the Neue Aula next Tuesday, November 2. The vaccination bus will be at Geschwister-Scholl-Platz from 10:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; the team will perform vaccinations without advance registration. You can get your first or second jab, as well as booster shots. There will be a choice of vaccines from BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen (Johnson&Johnson).
The service is open to all students, all University workers and - in addition - to all adults as well as children over the age of 12. University employees may use the service during their working hours. In this case, please stamp "Dienstgang" before leaving your office building.
Please bring an identification document (ID card, passport or driver's license). Ideally, you should also present your vaccination booklet and health insurance card. However, you can get vaccinated without a vaccination booklet and insurance card. The vaccinations are free of charge. In the vaccination bus, vaccine information is given by a doctor.
If you have already booked a vaccination appointment with the University's medical service for the coming weeks and no longer need it, I urgently request that you cancel your appointment either by email or via the link sent to you by e-mail when you received your appointment confirmation (ambulanz.arbeitsmedizin). There is still greater demand for vaccination appointments than the University’s medical service can offer. @med.uni-tuebingen.de
