Participation fee

The participation fee is Euro 100 and has to be paid in cash at the beginning of the summer school.

Financial support

The Hilbert Bernays Summer School on Logic and Computation is funded by the DAAD, the German Academic Exchange Service, from funds of the Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt - AA).

Deadline for financial support will be April 30th, 2019.

Students selected for financial support receive

• Euro 250 lump sum as contribution to local expenses (accommodation, meals, ...).
• travel allowance according to DAAD regulations.

The payment is done via bank transfer that will be initiated during the summer school. From experience the processing time takes two to three weeks inside of the EU and possibly more outside of the EU.

Students who are members of the Association for Symbolic Logic could apply at the ASL for additional travel support (Deadline 21 April, 2019).
