Neulbom Park studied Special Education(B.A.) and Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language(M.A.) at Ewha Womans University. The title of her master’s thesis is “The multidimensional experiences of immigrant children at the early stage of acculturation, and their language acquisition”.  During her master’s program, she taught Korean to young immigrants and their parents at Gyenam Elementary School and taught Korean and Korean culture to Chileans in Santiago at Colegio Coreano de Chile for her teaching internship. After graduating from the master's program, her teaching career continued at Sogang University, Sejong University, and Seoul National University until 2016. Since 2017, she started teaching abroad as an dispatched Korean instructor at the King Sejong Institute, Korean Cultural Center located in Warsaw and Rome for four and a half years. Throughout the period that she has been teaching, she was also involved in many projects related to developing Korean coursebooks, E-learning content and teacher training programs as an author and a researcher. She has been working as an Korean language instructor at the department of Korean studies at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen since Oct. 2021.
