Presentations at the Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE) 2025

At the 27th Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE), held on May 8–9, 2025 at NTNU in Trondheim, the Department of HRM & Organization presented two research projects. Dr. Jasmin Joecks presented joint work with Dr. Tanja Reimer (Europa-University Flensburg) on the “Implications of Gender-Specific Sick Leave: The Role of Menstrual Leave in (Un)Doing Workplace Stigma.” Prof. Dr. Kerstin Pull presented a paper titled “There Is No ‘I’ in Team, but There Is a ‘ME’ in It: 

How Team and Task Familiarity Affect Team Coordination Under Performance Pressure”. The paper is joint work with Dr. Julian Nüssle (University of Tuebingen) and Prof. Dr. Philip Yang (University of Paderborn). The Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE) was organized by Prof. Colin Peter Green, NTNU. Kerstin Pull is part of the standing scientific committee of the COPE, together with Uschi Backes-Gellner (University of Zurich), Oliver Fabel (University of Vienna), and Alex Bryson (University College London).
