Project meetings in times of Corona

Also in times of Corona, the Department of HRM and Organization is engaged in numerous research activities. However, scientific exchange takes place in alternative ways and on different platforms. For instance, instead of meeting in Warsaw, researchers of the DFG-financed project on “State and company-level work-family reconciliation policies and maternal employment” met on April 22, 2020, on an online platform to present and discuss the recent findings of one of the sub-projects (see picture). While we very much hope to be able to meet in person again in the not so far future, we extensively use the available technical options in the meantime to push forward our research.
