For foreign subsidiaries based in Germany the DoIB intends to organise on a regular basis workshops of one to two days on selected topics in international human resource management, cross-cultural management or headquarters-subsidiary relations.

During these workshops Prof. Pudelko and invited colleagues and managers will inform you about recent research findings and relevant business experiences. Furthermore, we intend to organise during these workshops round tables and provide you with a platform to exchange your experiences with colleagues, an opportunity HR managers are often lacking.

While we will have to charge a fee for the workshop attendance, we would like to stress that this event is not commercial, and all surpluses will go directly into the DoIB’s research, teaching, and knowledge dissemination efforts.
