If the number of applications exceeds the number of places available, we unfortunately will not be able to accept all of the applicants. In this case, a random selection will be made from all the applications received. (10 places are reserved for exchange students). Content: The course consists of a combination of lectures/class discussions and case studies. General concepts and quantitative techniques will be introduced, and case studies will provide students with opportunities to apply these concepts and techniques.
Objectives:

The course introduces the fundamental aspects of operations management, e.g., process design and analysis, quality management and control, lean production, inventory management and forecasting.
