The Student Life in Germany

by Gloria Nomasotja Phashe

The one most amazing thing about education in Germany, is that it is either free, or very cheap! This means that unlike in South Africa, students here can fail as many times as they want (joking)!
Most of the students do a lot of their activities after hours, they're what can called to be "nightriders"! Since their surroundings are so safe, they get the luxury to go to very late night parties, and still come back in one piece!

The university computer lab has very good, nearly new and highly technologised computers. These computers enable students to do their school work, to send e-mails and to do many other things easier and much, much more quickly. The opening and closing hours of the lab are very flexible and they allow the students to work on their projects for a longer period of time.

The student houses are also very safe and give off an inviting spirit to the visitors and everybody else around them!

One could write on and on about the beautiful and secure surroundings that entail German students.

In more ways than one, it is wonderful to be a student in Germany!
