Tourism
in Germany 2008
Germany
a land of many adventures, tastes and sophisticated cultures creates
an ideal destination for tourism to take place. The Tourism industry
of Germany boasts major improvement over the years in terms of
tourist arrivals that have increased.
Tourism serves a great economic importance in the modern world
which is why it is vital for all role-players to work towards
sustainability and conservational methods of protecting the resources
of tourism. The Germans practice safe and conservational methods
of disposing waste so that this may not harm but sustain the natural
resources of Germany.
Marketing techniques should be focused on marketing Germany as
an ideal "Tourist Attraction in Europe" rather than
the country being marketed as economically advanced. Many tourist
attractions are found in all 16 German provinces. Each province
boasts a unique purpose in attracting tourists.
Berlin attracts major conferences and envisages historic value
such as the Berlin Wall, which is a representative of the fall
of communism uniting East and West Germany after it came down
in 1990.
Hamburg boasts marine conservation and a beautiful harbor that
attracts business tourists annually on a large scale. Hamburg
is where the famous Hamburger was invented.
Baden Württemburg is blessed with many natural, cultural
and archaeological tourist attractions. The town of Tübingen
boasts the famous Eberhard Karls Üniversität Tübingen
that is set in a student town atmosphere, castle adventures and
many bars that serve strong brewed beer. Tübingen Universität
serves to be an educational tourist attraction boasting analysis
and studies that are of philosophical, artistic and industrial
nature.
The town of Stuttgart is home to the parliament of Baden Württemburg
and the Königstrasse a shopping wonder with amazing shops
and restaurants. Mercedes Benz tower is found here and it is a
company world renowned for excellent car manufacturing. The Staatsgallerie
is a beautiful museum encompassing the bonding of modern and contemporary
art and architecture.
The Bavarian Region, München is magnificent in attracting
tourists from abroad. Munich has a distinct nightlife for partying
tourists and glamorous fashion boutiques for shopaholics. Münchener
Wurst is a traditional Bavarian meal that tourists should try
when visiting this huge city of excitement.
Ulm is home to the world's highest church tower and many adventurous
tourists can partake in a religious walk up these stairs. Ratiopharm
is a manufacturing plant for medicine and chemistry components,
it is one of the largest in Europe.
Overall it is the low crime rate, economic viability, advanced
infrastructure, technological and scientific factors that contribute
to the success of Germany's beautiful tourism industry. The cold
climate is just an unforgettable and amazing experience. "It
is something different that tourists seek which Germany boasts
to the world".
