Readme.txt formike.zip contains a set of documents and GAUSS procedures which you find helpful to replicate the analysis of the Bauwens et al. IJF 2004 paper. dtyfcacd.src is the core along with tacd.src and svd_h.src: they contain all the necessary procedures to estimate and evaluate the models in our paper. The other .src s must also be #included. formike.prg is the "frontend" programm which runs the procedures for a specific case and data. You need to adapt it accordingly when you want to run the other models. I am afraid that working through the procedures in detail is necessary, but, alas, we have all been there ;-). The procedures are reasonably documented, and if you now GAUSS a bit, you'll find your way. You need GAUSS and the CML module to run the programs. Please cite the origin of the codes.
