Winter School
European Politics and Economics
January 9 - January 27, 2023
International & European Studies offers students from all over the world a chance to study Europe and the European Union at the University of Tübingen, one of Germany’s universities in the “Excellent” class. In short-term programs throughout the year students learn about and discuss diverse topics on Europe and the European Union, share their knowledge and experiences, and have the opportunity to get to know the University of Tübingen as an excellent place for study and research.
In seminars taught in English students will learn a lot of fascinating things about Europe and the EU. You will meet with European politicians and debate current European affairs with experts.
Tübingen is the ideal location for this highly effective academic program: Located in Baden-Württemberg, Tübingen is only a few hours from Strasbourg, France, the seat of the European Parliament, and equally close to Frankfurt, the seat of the European Central Bank. Stuttgart is just a short train ride away. Tübingen is a very lively university town with 85,500 inhabitants, 28,300 of them students. Its historic charm and attractive position on the Neckar River offer a high quality of life whether you are studying, working, or taking a break.
