Summer School in Biology/Biochemistry for Master students from the Universities of Tel-Aviv and Tübingen

The summer school took place in Tübingen and started at the evening of 1st of April and ended in the morning of 5th of April, 2025. We had three professors and ten master students as guests from the Tel Aviv University. From the Tübingen side, seven master students and 12 senior researchers participated.
The program was very multifaceted and included short talks by all participants, common social events, and visits to the university museum, the university botanical garden, the Biotech company CeGat, the Max-Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems, Bebenhausen monastery, and the Hohenzollern castle.
During the summer school, the students got exposed to new scientific concepts, various career planning aspects, a variety of presentation methods, and had many opportunities for discussions with their peers from the reciprocal institute. The time spent together allowed the participants to get to know other cultures and start new friendships.
In summary, all participants appreciated the contents of the summer school and learned a lot in these days.
