Projects at "Arbeitsstelle Sprache"

Another integral part of the LUI is the Tübingen-based "Arbeitsstelle Sprache in Südwestdeutschland" (Language Research Centre in Southwest Germany), which is characterised by a cultural-scientific approach to language with a focus on so-called internal and external multilingualism in the region and the role of dialect. The work of "TA Sprache" is funded on a long-term basis by the state of Baden-Württemberg and brings together numerous externally funded projects, which achieve supra-regional visibility through innovative research design and committed academic communication.
